Jeff Haugen

Jeff is President of Left Brain Concepts, Inc. (LBC), a 25 year-old boutique market research and marketing consulting firm.  Based in Lakewood, Colorado, we contribute to government consulting engagements by conducting independent audience research to help develop government programs and to drive communications platforms.  For private sector firms, our charge is always to increase market share.

Jeff has 26 years of experience in market research and marketing consulting.  LBC’s client base consists of industry (Fortune 100 to entrepreneur), government (Federal to local) and non-profits (mostly museums and trade associations).  We provide surveys, focus groups, executive-level exploratory interviews and literature reviews. 

We are deeply committed to client service and assure that our research methodology will accomplish our clients’ goals.  LBC differs sharply from many research firms by conducting detailed, actionable research (not academic or broad-brush) and for providing unsurpassed client service.  We are extremely proud of our track record and client list and especially, that our director-level clients have often expressed that we outperform national research and consulting firms.

While Jeff loves his work, he also enjoys a little downtime now and then.  Though aging a bit, he continues to ski (after beginning in 1963) and is an avid golfer.  He attends music festivals and other live performances and loves the outdoors, especially national parks.  Jeff graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound in 1980.
